Why rush ATO?
The ATO chapter at Texas Tech is an outstanding fraternity for many reasons:
- ATO is a true gentlemen’s Greek fraternity
- ATO is constantly practicing high moral principles, respect, scholarship, and Leadership, while still having a great college experience
- ATO has the 5th highest GPA out of the entire fraternity community
- The ATO chapter has been at Texas Tech since 1953 and has one of the largest local alumni base
- ATO has many social events including ATO avalanche ski trip, formals, date parties, mixers with sororities, and signature events such as ATO Gator Fest. weekday and weekend events are also constantly happening
- ATO is listed as a top fraternity most represented in the Forbes Fortune 500 magazine poll.
- Out of all the fraternities nationally ATO is ranked as part of the big 6 nationally in membership and Alumni
- ATO has over 140,000 living alumni nationally
- In sports ATO is an organization made of champions: 2007 red division Champions in Intramural basketball, 2006 Sand Volleyball Champions, Flag football runner-up, Two time swim-meet Champions, Softball runner-up and Court Volleyball runner-up
